We know that a good walk clears our heads and helps us to come back to ourselves - and research shows that time with nature improves cognitive function, increases creativity and helps reduce brain fog.  With this in mind, it follows that meeting up for business networking in nature, is likely to help more positive conversations and inspiration to flow.

With these new Netwalking events, I also want to support you to weave more outdoor time into your working life AND offer some simple mindfulness exercises, to really help you to experience a greater sense of calm and boost your self care and well-being in the process.

At the heart of all of my work, is the drive to help connect people and planet as much as possible, because if we connect more, we care more and if we care more, we look after more.
