Autumn Equinox Nature Connection at Ickworth Park
Time & Location
About the Event
In a world focused on healing that which is broken, letting go of that which no longer serves us, breathing positive energy into that which is negative and transcending our humaness into a state of spiritual bliss, this invitation into wholeness feels like a gentle yet revolutionary offer.
Rather than separating parts of ourselves out as 'not good enough', 'toxic', or 'broken', during this deep nature connection retreat day, I invite you to join me as we sit with each other in the wholeness of all that we are.
The equinox is a rare time of balance, when the light hours equal the dark hours, and whilst nature based practices often invite us to consider that which we want to let go of at this time of year, it feels important... no... essential... to pause and be present with all that we are, both within our individual selves and within society as a whole. To welcome the lost parts of ourselves into presence, to greet the shadows, to sit with both the joy and the sadness, the light and the dark and to welcome it all with deep compassion and complete acceptance.
During this special equinox retreat day, you will be gently walked through a journey of guided nature connection invitations, flower essences, meditation, a shared lunch, and creative land art as we come home to our bodies, open our hearts and reflect on the wholeness and perfect imperfection of all that we are.
Participants are invited to bring along a dish or two to share under the canopies for lunch.
