The Art of Blossoming
Forest Bathing
Slow down, restore your nervous system and rediscover your place within the living world

Forest Bathing is an invitation to slow down and soften into a gently guided experience. Through sensory engagement with the natural world, your nervous system is invited into a deeply restorative state.
As the body exhales and the mind quietens, many people experience a renewed sense of connection with themselves, with nature, and with their place within the web of life.
People come to forest bathing for many different reasons. Some arrive mentally busy, grieving, overwhelmed or feeling disconnected. Others are simply longing for beauty, quiet or a sense of belonging, as though they are missing something of themselves.
A typical forest bathing experience may include:
Sensory meditation
Slow and mindful wandering
Moments of stillness
Nature connection invitations
Nature reflections
Optional sharing
Tea ceremony
All of the Forest Bathing experiences I offer are three hours long, as this allows participants to move beyond simply being in nature and into a deeper state of presence, flow and restoration.
People leave feeling more relaxed and restored and over time, many people find this practice shifts their relationship with the living world and, in turn, changes their relationship with themself.
