Autumn Equinox Tea Ceremony

Join a small, intimate gathering to honour the Autumn Equinox and International Day of Peace.

Together we’ll share a tea brewed from autumn plants and berries gathered from the hedgerows, pausing to reflect on the story and wisdom of each plant before mindfully drinking with reverence.

Awakening our senses and consciously integrating all the season and plants offer as we sip tea together in the comfort of my bell tent.

The ceremony includes gentle meditation and nature-connection practices, inviting us into presence and reflection on the wholeness of the season, how light and dark, growth and stillness, all belong.

An invitation to soften into mindfulness, reverence, acceptance and peace.
