About the Event
An online gathering to explore the celebration of Beltane, with guest speaker Ruth Marshall.
Ruth is a poet, story teller, author and heritage specialist, living in East Clare, Ireland. Â She has published 3 books; 2 on Irish Folk Tales and a book on Celebrating the Irish Festivals. Â I am delighted she has agreed to join us for this Beltane gathering to share a traditional story and some wisdom on Beltane.
As well as relaxing to some stroy telling, we will also explore the role of ceremony and ritual and why it's important for well-being and consider ways that we can honour this time of the year through the creation of our own personal rituals that hold meaning to us.
We will also dive into the essence Hawthorn, which is traditionally associated with this celebration.
This session will include opportunities to reflect and share and a guided nature connection meditation. Â
You will leave the session with more clarity over ways you can work with the energy of this time of year to improve your own well-being and honour nature's cycles.
