About the Event
During this 2 hour experience you will be introduced to a unique model that helps us all to understand the different ways people relate to nature, before being guided through a few meditative nature connection invitations, to help quieten the mind and awaken the senses.
This gentle walk and experience, will help you to slow down and become present with yourself and the nature around you, triggering your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore) and helping to cultivate feelings of awe and wonder.
Only through deepening our connection to nature and remembering nature's principles can we live in greater harmony with both ourselves and the natural world. This event offers a gentle introduction to the ways we can improve our well-being through natural mindfulness and how nature consciousness is essential for supporting the healthy evolution of society and planet.
