About the Event
During this 6 week journey, we will explore curiosity as a powerful state for improved wellbeing and develop practices in our every day life to cultivate our ability to be and remain curious ~ curious about ourselves, curious about nature and curious about each other and the world at large.
Each week, we will check in with each other, before exploring a layer of this overarching theme, through insights, poetry, guided meditation, nature connection invitations and sharing of our experiences.
I'm imagining a journey along the following themes:
Week 1: Neuroscience, psychology and relationships - Why is curiosity important and how curious are you?
Week 2: Letting go of 'knowing' and opening to possibilities
Week 3: Cultivating curiosity in relationships
