Nature Connection at Ickworth Park

A 3 hour nature connection experience in the grounds of Ickworth Park to quieten the mind, awaken the senses and reconnect with heart and soul.

Bathing our senses in the woodlands and pathways of the natural world triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the restoration of body, mind and soul.  However quietening our minds isn't something that comes easily to many of us and we could spend a whole afternoon outdoors, without really noticing the nature around us as we chat, think or exercise while moving through the countryside.  These guided nature connection immersions help you to really slow down and connect with the nature around you.
