Come gather in circle and drop into the awe and wonder of nature through her changing seasons and rhythms.
These Seasonal Circles are offered as an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the natural world and each other. A chance to come home to your body, open your senses to the living world around you, and gently notice what is shifting both around and within.
Together we’ll pause, remember, awaken our sense of gratitude, and reconnect with the beauty and wisdom held in nature.
You’ll be guided through a gentle sensory awakening invitation and offered seasonal reflections inspired by the natural world, followed by space to reflect on the changing seasons within your own inner landscape.
