Welcome to Lessons from Nature
A quiet invitation to slow down, root in, and listen deeply...
In a world that asks us to rush, to perform, to override our inner rhythms - Lessons from Nature offers another way.
These letters are an offering from my garden gate... and beyond.
They are gentle reflections, sometimes tender, sometimes stirring - drawn from the seasons, the blossoms, the elements and the creatures who share this land.
They carry stories of what nature is whispering to me, and what my soul hears in return. And they are written for those who find meaning in metaphor, who long to feel more connected - to land, to self, to something greater.

You might find me writing from beside the hazel or the hosta, under wide skies or among the hedgerows, from the east winds or the western tide. Wherever the thread leads, the rhythm is always slow, embodied, and real.

These aren’t tips or techniques.
They’re moments of remembering.
Of reconnection.
Of quiet truth rising, like sap through the seasons.
With warmth,
Tina
